What is laparoscopic surgery?
Laparoscopic surgery is a minimally invasive procedure in which a ¼ -1/2 inch incision is required instead of a 2-3 inch abdominal incision. In comparison to conventional traditional general surgery, these surgeries are performed via a laparoscope. Hence, they require precision, skill and experience to ensure surgical brilliance.
These surgeries are also called key-hole or band-aid surgery due to their small size of the external surgical wound. In addition to the tiny surgical incisions, they dramatically reduce the postoperative hospital stay of the patient and better outcomes in terms of lesser bleeding, infections and complications.
It's a corrective, outpatient-based procedure that usually allows patients to continue the routine after 1-2 days with certain precautions. Types of laparoscopic surgery we offer:

- Appendectomy
