POSTGRADUATION

• Qualifying ALL INDIA. Pre P.G. and joined M.D. (Obs. & Gynae.) at KGMU, Lucknow in May 2010 .
• Experienced huge workload in terms of emergencies, OPD and admitted patients and gained vast variety of experience in different obstetrical and gynaecological conditions
• Performed nearly 300 emergency duties, 24 hrs each and managed different obstetrical emergencies like antepartum and postpartum haemorrhage, eclampsia, rupture uterus and rupture ectopic.
• Independently performed both supervised and unsupervised nearly 150 caesarean sections.
• Well acquainted with use of episiotomy, forceps, ventouse, cardiotocography, and partogram charting in labour room.
• Independently performed fair number of colposcopies, D & C, suction and evacuation, repair of first and second degree perineal tear, cryotherapy and endometrial sampling
• Well trained and acquainted with use of Ultrasound in different obstetrical and gynaecological conditions and different method of contraception.
• First assistant in routine surgeries vaginal and abdominal hysterectomy, vaginoplasty, myomectomy, tuboplasty and LEEP. Gained experience in management of gynaecological cancer with radiotherapy, chemotherapy and Wertheim’s hysterectomy. Assisted in diagnostic and therapeutic laparoscopy and hysteroscopy including laparoscopic ligation and LAVH.
• Worked in Infertility Clinic and independently performed USG ovulation study, SonoSalpingoGraphy and Intra Uterine Insemination.
• Attended Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, Radiotherapy Department, Urology Department and worked as C.M.O. in trauma center as part of rotational postings.

SPECIAL INTEREST

LAPAROSCOPY AND HYSTEROSCOPY:

• I look forward to make my career in laparoscopy and hysteroscopy and to excel in these.
• Would like to perform research work under the guidance and help in the same by compilation and arrangement of data.

TEACHING:

• Actively participated in Undergraduate and Postgraduate Teaching Programmes during the 3 years Postgraduate Training, which included Beside Patient Teaching, Clinical Examination, Practical, Demonstration, Case Presentation and Seminar Presentation.
• Want to pursue teaching and academics in future also whenever I find a chance.

THESIS/ RESEARCH WORK

• Did thesis on "STUDY OF BETA-HUMAN CHORIONIC GONADOTROPIN AND PROLACTIN IN CERVICOVAGINAL SECRETION IN WOMEN WITH PRETERM LABOUR AND NORMAL PREGNANCY” during P.G. and presented paper on the same in North Zone Yuva FOGSI, Muzzafarnagar,2013.
• Case report published in BMJ;Molar pregnancy in postmenopausal women:a rare phenomena:BMJ Case Reports2012:doi10.1136/bcr-2012-006213.
• Another Case report published in BMJ:Ectopic tubal choriocarcinoma:a rare variety:BMJ Case Reports2012:doi:10.1136/bcr-2012-006318.
